I moved here after having to leave my previous apartment one year ago due to unforeseen circumstances. The management and leasing staff ensured I could move in FAST and accommodated me as much as they could. Living here for over a year now I can say the buildings and grounds are always very clean and management is very responsive to questions, comments and concerns. The building(s) are relatively quiet and neighbors respect each other with regards to sound very well. Overall a great building for anyone but speaking as a student, this is a great place to live if you require quiet study time.

My maintenance guy Paul, was great! stuck around for about 4 1/2 hours until my toilet was installed properly and then came back today, over a week later and remembered to fix my bathroom drawer! excellent service!

I like how it’s very quiet nobody bothers you the neighbors are nice and Landon and Ashley in the office are very nice. anytime we have a problem maintenance wise or anything else it’s fixed right away. Thanks for everything!
